The container (2), pivoted on a wall-mounted support set above the washing machine, has apertures (7) in the front that allow the amount of washing in it to be seen, and a cut-away front section (8) for easier unloading. Stops (5) at the back rest against the upper edge of the support, and handles (4) at the front are used to tip its contents directly into an open top-loading machine. The container can be made e.g. from metal, plastic or wood. Independent claims are included for a fixed parallelpiped container with a hinged trapdoor in the base, and for containers in two sections for separated washing. |
