The invention relates to a holding implement for a notebook or the like, which can be mounted with a suction element (2) on nearly any smooth or dimensionally stable surface. A tray (1) is connected to suction element (2) via a parallelogram guide (9, 15, 16 and 18). The tray (1) is both cushioned and dampened by a pneumatic spring (17), which acts upon the parallelogram guide (9, 15, 16 and 18), whereby reducing the loads of the suction element (2) while also protecting the device (not shown) from impact loads. |
