PURPOSE: A power saver is provided to output a constant rated power regardless of a voltage variation of the input power and maintain the output voltage as a saving voltage according to a saving mode. CONSTITUTION: A power saver comprises a transformer having taps for converting an input voltage to a plurality of output voltages, a relay driving unit(21) for connecting the output of the transformer to one of the taps, a voltage sensor(22) for sensing the voltage of the output terminal of the transformer, a current sensor(23) for sensing the current of the output terminal of the transformer, a signal exchanger(25) for outputting selectively the signal detected from the voltage sensor and the current sensor, an A/D converter(26) for converting the output signal of the signal exchanger to a digital signal, a switch input unit(27) for inputting a display mode, a controller, and a display(29) for displaying pertinent data according to an operation indicating signal outputted from the controller. |
