PURPOSE: A hardener for epoxy resin obtained by mixing a conventional phenol hardener with a silane-coupling agent having tertiary or more amino groups is provided. Therefore, it increases adhesion with inorganic materials or metals and has high solubility in a ketone solvent. And an epoxy resin composition using the hardener can be used in the electronic material field. CONSTITUTION: The hardener for epoxy resin comprises a phenol hardener and a silane-coupling agent having a tertiary or quaternary amino group. The amino group of the tertiary or quaternary amino group is an imidazole group, a dimethyl amino group or a salt thereof and the hardener is modified phenol hardener obtained by mixing and stirring the silane coupling agent with the phenol hardener. |
