摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a flow rate of a pneumatic pressure is reduced by passing through a booster valve when a film is pressurized by setting a pressure lower than a pneumatic pressure source to laminate to mold in a vacuum laminating system and it takes a time to boost to a set pressure for pressurizing the film. SOLUTION: The vacuum laminating system comprises an opening/closing valve for closing a primary side passage between the pneumatic pressure source and the booster valve if the set pressure of a pressure regulating valve is lower than a pressure of the pressure source and opening the passage if the set pressure of the regulating valve is higher than the pressure of the source, and an avoiding passage of the booster valve branched from the passage between the source of the primary side passage and the opening/closing valve and combined with a secondary side passage between the booster valve and the regulating valve. The system further comprises a controller for comparing the pressure of the source with the set pressure of the regulating valve to calculate and to output a signal to the opening/closing valve.
