<p>The invention relates to a medical implant comprising a secured bone screw (4) that is guided through a borehole (3) of the implant (1, 2). The borehole (3) has a thread that is matched to the thread of the screw. A non-threaded section (10) whose diameter is no greater than the free diameter of the threaded borehole (3) is located between the head (6) and thread (5) of the screw. This thread prevents the screw from axially coming through without turning. Turning is hindered or prevented by a turn-hindering device (15, 16).</p> |
