PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing cold stock by mixing ice and boiled stock, or boiled water and stock ice. The manufactured stock is applied to cold noodle dish. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing cold stock is characterized by mixing 300-200g of boiled stock based on 110g of dried noodles or 200g of wet noodles respectively with 400g of ice cubes having a size of 3cmX3cm, or by mixing 300-200g of boiled water based on 110g of dried noodles or 200g of wet noodles respectively with 300-400g of stock ice cubes having a sized of 3cmX3cm. |
