A pinion hydro-machine has a body and pinions with external coupling with pins installed in slide bearings arranged as tightening bushings. For optimization of the forces of pressing of tightening bushings to the ends of the pinions the movable in axial direction bushings have at the outer cylindrical surfaces, at the side opposite to the working ends cylindrical reborings on which circular bushings-supports are placed. Between the not working ends of the movable bushings and the respective ends of the circular bushing-supports chamber of pressing is formed, this is connected to the high-pressure cavity. At that the circular bushings-supports at the inner and the outer, and the movable and the fixed bushings at the outer cylindrical mounting surfaces are equipped with sealing. At the outer cylindrical mounting surfaces of the fixed bushings, at the side opposite to placement of the pinions, in front of the sealing, unloading grooves are arranged, those are connected to the low pressure cavity.
