The invention relates to agriculture, in particular to chemical plant protection agents of fungicidal action, and it proposes an agent for presowing treatment of farm crop seed of which is effective, in particular against smut, bunt, root rots and powdery mildew. The present agent is a mixture of polyethylene oxide 400 and polyethylene oxide 1500, water, sodium humate and bis-(para-diethyl-amino)-triphenyl anhydrocarbonaloxalate.
