A sowing apparatus has a body, on a horizontal shaft of which a feed disk with seed cells on outer cylindrical surface thereof, a seed ejector, a seed bunker and a drive of a sowing apparatus are placed. The feed disk consists of the central cylindrical part, whereon one of the removable rings are fixed, on the outer cylindrical surface of which the seed cells are placed, the distance between which on the outer cylindrical surface of the ring corresponds to the seed sowing rate required. The transmission ratio of the drive of the shaft of the feed disk of a supporting and driving wheel of the sowing apparatus is constant and equals to the ratio of the diameter of the supporting and driving wheel to the diameter of the disk of the sowing apparatus.
