The proposed optoelectronic signal generator contains a bipolar transistor, a field-effect transistor, two photoresistor optoelectronic couplers, and four resistors. The drain of the field-effect transistor is connected to the first power-supply terminal. The first terminal of the first resistor and the base of the bipolar transistor are connected to the first power-supply terminal via the photoresistor of the first optoelectronic coupler. The emitter of the bipolar transistor is connected to the second power-supply terminal. The light-emitting diodes of the optoelectronic couplers, together with the series second resistor are inserted between the collector of the bipolar transistor and the first power-supply terminal. The photoresistor of the second optoelectronic coupler is inserted between the second power-supply terminal and the gate of the field-effect transistor. The source of the field-effect transistor is connected to the base of the bipolar transistor via the third resistor. The second terminal of the first resistor is connected to the second power-supply terminal. The fourth resistor is connected in parallel to the light-emitting diode of the second optoelectronic coupler. Additionally, the proposed signal generator contains an adjusting unit, which contains a register and AND logic elements. The outputs of the register are connected to the gate of the field-effect transistor vie resistors.
