摘要 A method for removal of high-strength sedimentary structures from internal surfaces of conduit includes the heat treatment of sedimentary structure for its destruction and removal from internal cavity of conduit by pressurized water. According to the invention, the destruction is performed by heat cycling of the wall of conduit, moreover, the phaseof heating is achieved by induction method with the use of eddy currents of commercial frequency, for maximum heating of the wall of pipe to the temperature of 0.8 Tp, where Tp - temperature of the recrystallization of metal of wall of pipe, and cooling - by irrigation of the wall of pipe by water down to the ambient temperature, the number of cycles of heating and cooling is not less than three. The destroyed monolith of sedimentary structure is separated from the internal surface of the wall of conduit by vibration loading, which is brought from the outer side with the vibration frequency 2500 oscillations per min., and the removal of destruction products and calibration of the flow area of conduit are accomplished by a passage projectile, which operated on the basis of the pressure drop of washing water in the mode of cavitation.
