The invention relates to the branch of electro-welding, it in particular concerns control systems of electric welding transformers for the arched arc welder and it can be used for control of value and form of welding current in any mobile or stationary arc welding transformers. The invention solves the problem of developing of the system of remote control of electric welding transformer, that allows observation of the technical parameters of the welding process with the aid of the control and measuring equipment and/or optic-electronic display; to remove the presence of the consequences of the parasitic effect of the remanent magnetism, which is formed on the output transformer in the source of welding current during its turning off; to stabilize the power of the combustion of electric arc, the padding of faultless welded joint thanks to which is ensured and the state of the protection of man from defeat by electric current rises. An electric welding remotely controlled system ôSpalakh - 2005ö is executed in the form of separate blocks, all units of which wholly consist of semiconductor devices. In the system the remote by program-digital method of designing and working control information is used, which governs all welding regimes and form of welding current. Control of electric welding output transformer in the block of the source of welding current is accomplished through the block of fulfilling the commands with the aid of the unit of the holder of electrodes, on/in which is located the unit of buttons with the internal illumination, which is connected with the by program- digital processor, by the unit of control and measuring equipment, by the unit of optic-electronic display, by the encoder of commands, by the high-frequency transmitter of commands, by the unit of the external illumination of the zone of the laying out of seam, the source of welding current containing frequency converter.
