METHOD FOR PREDICTING COURSE OF UNSTABLE STENOCARDIA

The method for predicting the course of unstable stenocardia comprises round-the-clock monitoring of electrocardiogram. The parameters indicative of the myocardial ischemia are assessed and the content of C-reactive protein in blood serum is assayed within 72 hours from the moment of destabilization of the ischemic disease. The number of daily ischemic episodes of 3.4+- 0.77 and more, the overall duration of the ischemia of 34.3+- 7.08 min and more, the total amplitude of ST segment shift of 41.3+- 8.83 mm/min ad more with accompanying shift of C-reactive protein content in blood serum (12,7+- 2,7 mg/l and more) suggest the unfavorable short-term forecast.
