Rotary-disk mass-exchange apparatus contains vertical housing subdivided by fixed partitions, two rotors with dispersive disks forming contact steps with the partitions, process branch pipes. Disks on each rotor are mounted in pairs, in this case, the pairs of disks of one rotor are located opposite the pairs of the disks of another rotor or displaced in the vertical plane with respect to the axes of rotor. Radial cuts with alternately bent back upward and downward flangings located on the long sides of cuts at sharp angle to the plane of the rotation of disk are executed on the disks, moreover, the cuts of upper disk are radially displaced or matched with respect to the cuts of lower disk.
