STAND FOR TESTING TOOTH GEARS

The proposed stand for testing tooth gears contains a motor, two gearboxes, and a loading device. The shaft of the motor is coupled with the input shaft of one of the gearboxes. The input shafts of the gearboxes are couplet with each other by an intermediate shaft. The loading device contains two disks, each of which is installed at the slots of the output shaft of the corresponding gearbox and fixed by a nut with washer. On the surfaces of the disks, conical elements are installed, by which the disks are coupled with each other.
