The utilization turbo-expander installation has main pipeline, turbo-expander with the lines of gas supply and discharge, turbo-generator, this is connected to the turbo-expander, the first metering and the first stopper valve; at that the installation is equipped by a bypass line on which the second metering and the second stopper valves are installed, at that the inlet of the bypass line is connected to the line of gas supply to turbo-expander, and the outlet û to the line of gas offtake from the turbo-expander.
