<p>Edge-reel contains welded working chamber, rigidly mounted on the foundation, vertical stocks coated by removable hardened disks. From above vertical stocks have vertical grooves, on which the pillows of the axle of pressing roller travel. On the edges of axle the ends of the levers pressed from other side to the common shaft connected by the lever with hydraulic cylinder of lifting of pressing roller are mounted, plate with the guides, along which the driving head with the spindle travels which is connected with the hydraulic cylinder, the end of the spindle is retained in the bearing support fastened to the welded working chamber. Driving head is executed in the form of frame with the bearing supports mounted on it, in which the hydraulic motor is fixed and is articulated with the end of the spindle, which passes inside one of the bearing supports.</p> |
