The deseeding of a pomegranate has forming of two halves of the pomegranate after cutting through the skin throughout the perimeter and making incisions at the ends of the pomegranate. Pressing of the convex zone of the halved with application of two lateral jaws (6,7) is supplemented by jetting with fluid.
