The unit has a unit body (130) with an aspiration inlet that aspirates the dust from a surface that is to be cleaned. A cover has an opening that aspirates external air. A rotatable body (180) is mounted rotative on the body (130). A space is formed between the bodies (180, 130). Holes (158) are formed at the level of an edge of a sound attenuation unit (156). An independent claim is also included for a vacuum cleaner including an aspiration brush unit.
