Four quadrant converter has a case (1) containing a refractive index liquid (2) in direct contact with an inert gas. A separation interface (4) is inherent in two refractive medium to form retro-projection mirror in a propagation medium. A beacon (7) has a channel with an optical guide to emit monochromatic photons of a LED for transmitting bridges of a measurement plane to gauges (M1-M4), and a comparator identifies orthogonal components.
