The invention relates to the construction industry and, in particular, to structural elements which are used in a system for the construction of pre-fabricated buildings. More specifically, the invention relates to a panel structure comprising coupling means, which is intended for pre-fabricated constructions. The invention is characterised in that the panel is equipped with: one lateral end comprising an essentially-rectangular central projection and a front and rear extension in the form of a hook, and an opposing lateral end comprising an essentially-rectangular central projection and a front and rear extension in the form of a counter-hook. The aforementioned central projections are used as male coupling means in vertical channels that form female coupling means belonging to a column. Moreover, the hook and counter-hook front and rear extensions are connected such as to cover the front and rear of the support column.
