PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold insulation device for a reagent, which is used as a reagent cold insulation device of an automatic analysis apparatus, wherein a reagent bottle is cooled directly by cold air from a refrigerating machine, and which realizes uniform temperature distribution, regardless of the arrangement of the reagent bottle, in a reagent cold insulation chamber. SOLUTION: An inner lid 14 whose inner-circumferential side surface has an inlet 14a for a cooling medium and, whose outer-circumferential side surface has an outlet 14b for the same, is disposed inside the reagent cold insulation chamber 7. The structure of the inner lid is made up so that the area of the outlet 14b which is not opposite to the inlet 14a is greater than the area of the outlet 14b being opposite to the inlet 14a, whereby a flow of the cooling air is generated in a circumferential direction, along the internal shape of the reagent cold insulation chamber 7.
