PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate for an HDD suspension suitable for a low-cost working method, which can eliminate complicatedness in a process for working copper wiring into a flexure blank, and which can finely work the copper wiring. SOLUTION: In the laminate for the HDD suspension, the laminate is composed of a stainless steel layer A, an insulation resin layer B, a first seed layer C, a second seed layer D, and a plating layer E, wherein the first seed layer C is a metal layer having a thickness of 2-300 nm formed by a sputtering method, the second seed layer D is a highly conductive metal layer having a thickness of 15-400 nm formed by the sputtering method, the plating layer E is a metal layer composed of copper or a copper alloy having a thickness of 5-20μm, and adhesive strength between the insulation resin layer B and the first seed layer C is≥0.6 kN/m.
