PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform adjustment of a shift position of an electrically controllable derailler. SOLUTION: The shift control device is a device for controlling the electrically controllable derailler and is provided with an action mode setting part; a memory part; and a memory renewal part. The action mode setting part sets a shift mode and any one of a plurality of shift positions to any one of adjustment mode for slightly adjusting the position. The memory part memorizes a plurality of shift positions. When adjustment of any one of a plurality of the shift positions is completed in the adjustment mode, the memory renewal part memorizes a position of the derailler after adjustment as a new shift position in the memory part and resets and memorizes the remained one or a plurality of shift positions in response to the adjusted shift position in the memory part.
