PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a measuring time of a measuring system by performing setting change-over at high speed. SOLUTION: When a base setting table which is the base for operating a control object unit 4 is inputted, the setting table is converted into data (a setting table for operation by an address and a set value) to be set in the control object unit 4 and stored in a procedure storage means. When a control signal for switching to the trigger operation mode is inputted from the outside, switching to a trigger operation mode is performed, and a content (data) to be set by the first trigger is written on the first buffer 4a of the control object unit 4. When a trigger is inputted from a processing device 52, the content of the first buffer 4a is transferred to the second buffer 4b, written thereon, and simultaneously set on a device 4c.
