PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilating device capable of protecting electric parts from high humidity atmosphere and securing durability and reliability of the electric parts. SOLUTION: In this ventilating device wherein its lower face is opened, an air blower 4 forming the air flow from the opening of the lower face toward an exhaust port is incorporated in a main body casing 3 having the exhaust port at its one side, and an opening part of the lower face of the main body casing 3 excluding its suction port 8 is closed by a resin fan casing 7 of the air blower 4, a connecting terminal 10 for connecting an external power source wire inputting to the air blower 4, is mounted at a corner part excluding an air trunk, of the fan casing 7 inside of the main body casing 3, the fan casing 7 is provided with a protective frame 11 covering the connecting terminal 10, closely kept into contact with an inner face of the main body casing at its outer periphery, and opened at its inner side, and further an openable and closeable terminal cover 13 is mounted to close the protective frame 11 from its outer side in a watertight state.
