PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely and quickly predict the generating risk of a leakage path. SOLUTION: Both damaging portions of a shrinkage hole produced until molten metal poured into a mold for product is solidified, and a sand-burning generated on the product when the mold is opened, are obtained with a simulation (S1-S5), and the mutual distances among the machining portion in the product, and the shrinkage hole portion and the sand-burning portion obtained with the simulation, are calculated (S6, S7), and the generating risk of the leakage path is calculated, based on the respective calculated distances (S8, S9).
