PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the breakage and fall of a rolling stone by collision. SOLUTION: This fishpass 1 is formed to produce a pool as a still water area for rest for fishes by relieving waterstream and so that a plurality of partition walls 5 for securing an overflow water depth and an overflow shape suitable for the fishes can be projectedly formed in a fishpass water passage. The partition wall 5 is formed of a plurality of waste tires 6 arranged in a row roughly without clearance in the lateral direction of the fishpass so that the side face 6a thereof can face the lateral direction of the fishpass, and the lower parts of the waste tires 6 are fixedly buried in a bottom wall 3. The waste tires 6 having a larger diameter than those disposed at both end parts of the partition wall 5 are disposed at the center of the partition wall 5 to differentiate the top positions of the waste tires at both portions, and also two overflow parts 8 with different top heights are formed on the partition wall 5.
