PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interval holder for a concrete form capable of removing the remains of the interval holder without leaving the remains in placed concrete. SOLUTION: This interval holder 10 is composed of a plate-like body 11 and a bracket 20. The plate-like body is formed by press-molding a belt-like steel plate having a width gradually reducing toward the other end from one end to continuously arrange an engaging tongue piece 12 on the other end by continuously arranging an upward bending piece 12 on one end. The bracket is formed by arranging a projection piece 24 abutting on the engaging tongue piece by projecting upward to the inside of an engaging hole by press-molding a square steel plate, to continuously arrange a base part 21 bored with the engaging hole 23 and a second upward bending piece 22. The plate-like body and the bracket are connected by engaging the engaging tongue piece with the engaging hole. The concrete form is held at a predetermined interval by allowing an outer frame A6 of one form A to abut on the first upward bending piece, and allowing an outer frame A6 of the other form A to abut on the second bending piece.
