PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that various apparatuses are recently hardly handled due to the convergence of an action lines, etc., since the apparatuses are provided with high and multiple functions so as to increase the numbers of operation boards and operation buttons and to allow a manufacture side not to sufficiently grasp an operation procedure. SOLUTION: A data collecting device 1 for the operation board comprises: a connecting means 2 connected to the interface of a main apparatus 10 and operation board 11; a time measuring means 3 started at least between the usage start and end of the main apparatus; a button operation measuring means 4 for measuring operation order and operation time, based on the time measuring means when one of the operation buttons 12 on the operation board is operated; and an external output means 5 for outputting the measurement result of the button operation measuring means 4.
