PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a target device capable of enhancing the guiding precision of a bone fixture than a conventional structure and being manufactured more inexpensively than the conventional structure, or easily applicable to the change of the size of an intramedullary nail. SOLUTION: The intramedullary nail target device 100 comprises a connection part 100A connected to the intramedullary nail 10 and a guide part 100C for positioning the bone fixture to be engaged with the intramedullary nail. The intramedullary nail target device 100 is characterized by a plurality of support bodies 120 integrally extending at least from the region connected to the connection part 100A to the guide part 100C and a connection means 130 for connecting/fixing the support bodies to each other.
