PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorptive article such as an incontinence pad and a urine pad which is put on with fewer troubles, is easily put on wrapping a male sexual organ especially, improves a sealability, and is not easily shifted from the male sexual organ with less leakage of urine even if it is shifted. SOLUTION: The absorptive article is composed of a liquid permeable top sheet 1, a back sheet 2, and an absorbent 3 interposed between the top sheet 1 and the back sheet 2, and an adhesive part 6 to which a cover sheet is freely detachably stuck is provided on the surfaces 1a and 1b of the top sheet 1. There is no clearance at the center part 10 in a longitudinal direction when it is folded, the sealability is high and there is no leakage.
