PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a headrest device retaining the safety of an occupant and capable of pulling out a headrest body as necessary. SOLUTION: This headrest device 10 is provided with the headrest body, a first stay member 12, a first holder 14, an operating member 30, an operation handle part 32, and a screw 60. The operating member 30 is provided with a pullout prevention engagement part 51 engaged with a pullout prevention locking groove 52 of the first stay member 12. The operation handle part 32 is provided in the operating member 30. The operating member 30 is inserted into a recess part 17 of the first holder 14. The operating handle part 32 is projected outside from the recessed part 17. The screw 60 is inserted into the first holder 14 and the operating member 30 and retains the operating member 30 in a home position. The pullout prevention engagement part 51, when the screw 60 is removed and the operating member 30 moves from the home position to the pullout prevention release position, is disengaged from the pullout prevention locking groove 72.
