PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve cleaning efficiency of fluid flowing conduits in an endoscope capable of changing over the fluid flowing conduits between a communicating state and a communication released state by a mechanical operating means. SOLUTION: The endoscope is provided with a guide cylinder in the mid-flow of the fluid flowing conduit and changes over a pair of dividing tube parts positioned in the both sides of the guide cylinder out of the fluid flowing conduits between the communicating state and the communication released state according to the extracted/retracted position of a pushing button extractably/retractably supported in the guide cylinder. This conduit cleaning divide for the endoscope is characterized in having a cleaning adapter detachably attaching the pushing button to the guide cylinder and having a communication conduit detachably attached to the guide cylinder with the pushing button detached therefrom and, in its installed state, constantly making the pair of divided tube parts in the communicated state.
