PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the distal end part of an electronic endoscope in which fused solder does not easily flow out to an adjacent connection terminal and the connection work of a signal line is easily performed at the time of connecting the signal line of a signal cable to the connection terminal of a circuit board by soldering or the like. SOLUTION: In the distal end part of the electronic endoscope in which the plurality of signal lines 12 pulled out from the distal end of the signal cable 11 are connected to the connection terminal part 10 of a circuit board 8 incorporated together with a solid-state image pickup element 5 at the distal end of an insertion part, the connection terminal part 10 of the circuit board 8 is formed in such a shape that a position is three-dimensionally displaced for every one or two connection terminal parts 10.
