PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for removing parasites on fishes, efficiently catching parasites to be removed, thereby treating parasitosis, preventing infestation and inhibiting to be parasited again, and to provide a method for removing parasites on fishes, which parasites are arisen in seed fish production and fish breeding of food fishes or fancy fishes in fish culturing business, in live fish keeping in food business or sales, in breeding for observation in an aquarium, a home, or the like. SOLUTION: The method for removing parasites on fishes comprises removing Mastigophora and Ciliate which are parasitic on fishes, wherein the parasites released in water are removed by filtration using a filter having 50-100μm bore diameter.
