PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a herbicidal tool capable of efficiently pulling out grasses while nipping root bases from extremely small grasses to firmly and deeply rooted grasses without becoming tired while keeping reasonable and natural motion in standing posture and without directly touching soil or glasses. SOLUTION: A handle 4 pulling two rods 3 is installed perpendicularly to a long shaft 1 in a handle mounting part 2 on the rear end side of the long shaft 1 and a U-shaped swinging plate 5 connecting to these rods 3 is swung by pulling operation of the handle 4, and the surface of a contact plate 5b which is a connecting part of both arms 5a of the swinging plate 5 is struck to the blade tip of a plow blade 6 and the long shaft 1 is pulled to reap or pull out weeds.
