PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a plant body having controlled anther dehiscence. SOLUTION: A chimera gene between a gene encoding a transcription factor for promoting the transcription of a gene related to anther dehiscence and a polynucleotide encoding a functional peptide for converting an arbitrary transcription factor to a transcription inhibiting factor is transferred to a plant cell to produce chimera protein, in which the transcription factor is fused to the functional peptide, in the plant cell.
