<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer information recording medium manufacturing method for manufacturing a multilayer information recording medium having an information layer of three or more layers separated from one another by a plurality of spacer layers, and can surely reduce the generation of noise at the time of reproduction. <P>SOLUTION: When manufacturing a multilayer information recording medium 1 in which information layers L1-L4 and the spacer layers S1-S3 are alternately stacked on one surface of a base material D1, and also a thickness condition which specifies the difference value of each thickness in each adjoining spacer layer to be not smaller than a prescribed reference difference value, the thickness of the spacer layer formed immediately before is measured, a target value of the thickness about the following spacer layer is calculated so that the thickness condition may be satisfied based on the measured value of the thickness prior to the formation of a following spacer layer, and the following spacer layer is formed with the thickness of the target value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
