<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a chemical filter in which an ion-exchange resin powder does not easily fall and pressure loss is small even while improving a removing performance of ionic gaseous contaminants by depositing a large amount of the ion-exchange resin powder to paper containing ion-exchange fibers. <P>SOLUTION: In this manufacturing method of the chemical filter, the paper carrying the ion-exchange resin powder, to which the ion-exchange resin powder is deposited, is obtained by applying or impregnating the slurry mixture of the ion-exchange resin powder and an adhesive material to fibrous paper containing the ion-exchange fibers, the paper carrying the ion-exchange fiber resin powder is molded, and the chemical filter in a corrugated honeycomb structure is obtained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
