<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-aqueous electrolytic solution superior in storage characteristic at high temperatures. <P>SOLUTION: In a non-aqueous electrolytic solution containing an electrolyte and a non-aqueous solvent, further lactones of ≥0.01% in weight and ≤10% in weight having two electron-donating groups in position α are made to be contained thereinto. The lactones are shown in formula 1. In formula 1, R<SP>1</SP>and R<SP>2</SP>are electron-donating groups independently to each other, which include aryl group, alkenyl group, aralkyl group, alkoxy group, halogen group.
