<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind power motor of a structure having high wind power use rate as a whole body by preventing wind from flowing away from a wind tunnel on the leeward side and making wind coming through the wind tunnel hit on a windmill in a concentrated manner without attenuation of wind power. <P>SOLUTION: A damper 10 automatically opened in one way by pressure of wind passing through an inside of each wind tunnel is installed in such a manner that the same can freely open and close in the plurality of wind tunnels 5 thinning toward the windmill 2 arranged at center.
