<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solenoid valve with a valve portion having a land diameter increased for allowing the supply of a large flow of oil while preventing an electromagnetic drive part from being locked due to the biting of foreign matters. <P>SOLUTION: A spool 25 of the valve portion 20 to be driven by a plunger 15 of the electromagnetic drive part 10 has first and second land portions 26a, 26b. Communication among ports 23a, 23b, 23c for supply, control and drain are controlled by the first land portion 26a, and control pressure to be output to the control port is introduced to a feedback chamber 24 located between both land portions 26a, 26b to thrust the spool 25 in the axial direction. A third land portion 26c having a smaller diameter than the second land portion 2b is formed at the end of the spool at the plunger side, and the third land portion 26c is slidably fitted to a hole portion 22c at one end of a valve hole 22. The third land portion 26c and the plunger 15 have the same outer diameter so that the capacity of an intermediate liquid chamber B formed between their end faces is not changed when they are moved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
