<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify restoring work of a caretaker while maintaining security performance. <P>SOLUTION: This going in-and-out management system manages the movement between a plurality of areas of a user in a management area; determines the possibility of the passing when individual ID is inputed by an input part; updates location area information of a location information storage part by moving destination area information of the input part by controlling a release of a passing regulating part when permitting the passing; sets the individual ID in a use prohibiting state without controlling the release of the passing regulating part when the passing is not permitted; restores the use prohibiting state of the individual ID when the individual ID of a restoration object is inputted by a restoration operation part; and updates the location area information of the location information storage part by area information specified by an input history of the individual ID. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
