<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a transition to a standby mode for forbidding operation of a parallel monitor circuit and lowering power consumption furthermore when the control terminal of an IC is opened or when the parallel monitor circuit is conducted under a state not connected with the signal line from a control circuit. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of ICs each comprising a plurality of parallel monitor circuits are cascaded, and an Nch open drain transistor being turned off while opening the high voltage side IC connection output terminal of each IC is provided. The high voltage side IC connection output terminal of the IC is floating independently but pulled by a high resistance element connected with a (+) power supply Vdd which is connected with the low voltage side IC connection input terminal of an adjacent upper side IC on the corresponding receiving side thus having a (+) power supply Vdd of the adjacent upper side IC. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
