<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital camera for facilitating operations in the case of setting the number of prints of a photographed image. <P>SOLUTION: When a shutter button 14 is fully depressed, photographing is carried out and a photographed image is recorded on a memory card 18 as an image file. An LCD 20 displays the photographed image and the number of prints of the photographed image. When addition/subtraction buttons 29, 30 are depressed to adjust the number of prints and a determination button 31 is depressed, number of print data denoting the number of prints are input. The number of print data is recorded in the memory card 18 in association with the image file. Moreover, when the shutter button 14 is half-depressed without inputting the print number data, the number of prints is set to one print and succeeding photographing can be carried out.
