PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve testing accuracy in testing the presence of leakage by supplying a gas extracted from the underground of the circumference of an underground tank to a gas-detecting sensor. SOLUTION: The absorption hose 44 of a gas concentration analyzer 11 is inserted into the insertion hole 46a of a blocking member 46 that prevents air introduction by blocking the upper end opening 30b of a leakage detecting pipe 30, where a filter unit 48 for preventing approaching of a foreign material at the top end of the hose. The projection length of the absorption hose 44 is constrained by a blocking member 46, and therefore the suction port 50 of the hose inserted into the leakage detecting pipe 30 is positioned at a point upper than the level of water, such as underground water or the like, that stays at the bottom of the leakage detecting pipe 30. Thus, the water such as the underground water is not absorbed from the suction port 50 of the hose when performing the leakage test of the underground tank, which enables the prevention of the breakdown of a gas detecting sensor and effective absorption of the gas from a gas-staying region 52.
