PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a co-extruded multi-layer film for which the introduction of new equipment is not required, already existing equipment can be used as it is, and in addition, in which an inter-laminar instable phenomenon is hard to occur, and which is excellent in the appearance shape and transparency. SOLUTION: This co-extruded multi-layer film 1 is manufactured by the co-extrusion method of the feed block type. For the co-extruded multi-layer film 1, a first layer 2, a second layer 3 and a third layer 4 are laminated in this order. The co-extruded multi-layer film 1 is constituted in such a manner that the elongation viscosity at the melting temperature of the resin of the second layer 3 may become 50 kPa×s or lower in a region of an elongation strain rate of≤1.0 s<SP>-1</SP>.
