PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform uniform exhaustion by the whole of the outer surface of a bladder, to prevent the lowering of an inner pressure holding capacity caused by rubber withering or the like even when an inner liner rubber is thin and to suppress the occurrence of a crack or the like to enhance durability. SOLUTION: Island parts 8 divided into hexagonal parts by sipings 7 are arranged to at least a part of the outer surface of an expansible bladder main body 2 comprising a roller elastomer through sipings 7 and planar vent parts 3 continuous in a honeycomb state are formed by sipings 7. The length L of one side of each of the island parts 8 is set to 0.1-5.0 mm, the depth (d) of each of the sipings 7 is set to 0.05-1.0 mm and groove width Wa is set to 2.0 mm or less.
